Growing up I lived just a few miles from tons of #vintage shops, I've always loved vintage #fashion and clothes and found any opportunity to stop in. My true addiction is with 40s and 50s hats. 20 hat's later I've become rather creative about how to store and protect my growing collection. I brought up my collection at work the other day and thought I should just dive into starting my blog to show off these beauties.

Where to get them?

I remember most of the places where I found my vintage pieces. I often use etsy to do some browsing but will usually shop in person. I create my like lists and have a few favorite shops you can follow me on Etsy to see my favs! Vintage Flea Markets and shops are always a hit or miss, but going is have the fun. Check out the Alameda Flea market

Storage Issues?

Hat boxes can be really pricey, try going to Micheals or Target during the holidays for round christmas boxes, these are great for smalll/medium size hats. If you have an ikea near by check them out too. Any box will work, round is usually best due to the shape. I was able to find a round train case, perfect size for my larger brim hats and a great carry on for my hat storage needs.
